Service Areas
Telephone, electric and service sink closets have been located in the core area of each floor to minimize interference with your use of office areas. They are considered an integral part of the building's mechanical system and are not to be used for storage or any purpose other than their designated use.
Communications or other personnel requiring access for repair of installation work must apply to the Building Office which maintains a list of authorized contractors. Major installations especially those involving a telephone contractor, who has not previously performed work in the building, should be coordinated with the Building Manager in advance. In all cases, Certificates of Insurance are required of the contractor engaged in such repair or maintenance work and the contractor must be in good standing with a local union affiliate.
